zurbano's charm, a fantastic experience!
helpful staff large room comfortable bed quiet location
the reception staff were helpful (especially after my red-eye flight). i was allowed to keep the room a bit longer, a real lifesaver! the room was large and the bed very comfortable. the location was also nice and quiet.
the breakfast, while decent, could have used a bit more variety, especially in the fruit options.

The location was acceptable.
My room was very dark. It needed better lighting. The air conditioning was impossible to figure out. The room was hidden down a long corridor with very little natural light.

okay stay with some minor issues
excellent location friendly staff single bed non-functional amenities
the location is excellent. it is super easy to get around since the metro is very close by. the room was super clean (i mean, honestly shining!) and cleaned every day. i really appreciated how well-equipped the room was (towels, hairdryer, toiletries). the staff was also helpful and friendly.
The bed in my room was a single size. i felt it was surprisingly outdated and small for a hotel in 2024. additionally, some of the basic amenities were not fully functional. I noticed that although the room had plugs, only some were working, and it was inconvenient.
